Beauty: Natural Botox Anti-Aging Facial Mask!

  Natural Botox

Hello everyone!

I know it's been a while since I blogged. I've been actually very busy, and I haven't been feeling very well.
Today I'm back with a new facial mask treatment for wrinkles and fine lines.
Bananas are called "Nature's Botox" because they prevent premature wrinkles caused by UV light exposure. Also banana is full of nutrients such as Pottassium, Vitamin C, Lectin, and Amino Acid.
Potassium hydrates dry skin by locking in water. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant which fights free radicals, and it produces collagen. Lectin destroys harmful bacteria on skin and is great for clearing skin from pimples. Amino Acid maintains skin elasticity and strength.
What you will need for this diy are the following:
1-  1 Ripe banana
2-  1 tbs of orange juice
3-   1 teaspoon of Greek Yogurt
Directions:
 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl by mashing the banana with the orange juice and the yogurt.
2.   Apply this mixture into your clean face and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
3. Wash your face with warm water and dry with a clean cloth. Your face should feel fresh and relaxed.
4. If you have left overs, you can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days and reuse when needed.

That's it for today's beauty post, I hope you enjoyed it and Have A Sweet Day!
