I wanted to let you know that I  will be posting a few times a week with different fashion and style topics. Today's post is about choosing the current trends from different affordable stores  to give you an idea for an outfit. Some of these trends were featured on the runway for summer of 2013. My Style: Bright & Casual

Casual Outfit

I love bright colors in the summer time lik yellowish neon. It brings a sense of lightness.  I picked this outfit to have some tea with my friend also to do some errands. It's very casual and comfortable. You can wear it to lunch, school, some work places, even dinner if you replace the shoes with heels.

  Hello Friends! Thanks for stopping by my blog. 

Green is one of my favorite colors especially light minty green. It's vibrant and fresh. It reminds of early spring's blooming leaves.  A couple of days ago I wore this lace light green dress  which has a black beaded peter pan collar. I added a small black belt. Then I paired this dress with a small black bag and black wedges with flowers. I wore this for an evening with friends.          Hello There! It's been an interesting weather lately. It's been very hot with severe humidity in the afternoon and many rainy isolated thunderstorms during the day. So it's been really confusing for me deciding what to wear. Today's outfit is more of a summary fun outfit. You can wear it to school, lunch with friends, casual dinner, certain work places. I like the combination of the colors. You can combine different looks with this outfit. During the hot weather, you can just wear the navy blue shirt with the pastel skirt and pair it with a polka dot belt. When it gets chilly later, you can add a crochet light jacket and change the belt. I wore the flowers belt that I made in my DIY blog which you can check here:  diy4mix.blogspot.com

I paired this outfit with a yellow pump, but you can wear  white, yellow or black wedges. I also combined it with a red purse and red sunglasses. I hope you enjoy this outfit and let me know what colors would you pair the pastel with. 

My Style: A day at the park!

A Day at The Park

I went to the park a few days ago. It was a beautiful day but it was a little cold. Not too cold but enough for a light jacket. So I thought of putting on my guess light leather jacket. Since the weather man told me that it might rain later on. I wore a light hoodie under the Jacket.  I paired it with blue skinny jeans, and my Nike shoes. It was easy to move and be active with this outfit. The day at the park was very beautiful, relaxing, and invigorating. It's always nice to be in touch with nature.

Today's post is more formal, you can wear to work, meetings, or even lunch. I got the pants from Express. Usually they have a good fit clothes. The top is from Foreign exchange which is a store in LA, and the belt is from Angl also a store in LA. The necklace is from bebe. I love Heart shaped pendants.
