Spring Look!

Hello friends,

It's been really gloomy here lately so I came up with this funny imagery. I imagined a conversation between Spring and Winter for this year and that's what I think they would say to each other..
Spring: I want to come out and play.
Winter: Nope. I'm not done yet, You can't come out. 
Spring: But you can't take my turn, it's not fair. 
Winter: I do what I want to do. 
Since it's been gloomy, rainy, snowy and windy here, it's been really hard to shoot any outfits with good lighting. Finally I did manage to take these photos before it snowed again!! However it was cloudy when I took them. So the lighting is not as clear as usual. In this outfit, I wore a high waist-ed  fuchsia pink shorts and a crop top shirt with typography graphics. I paired the whole look with a white blazer, black heels, and a white purse. Let me know what you think! Have A Sweet Day!

I've been really busy lately and I couldn't post anything but I'm back with a new post. Today I would like to share with you this Couture look from Chanel Spring 2014 Couture Collection. I really like the contrast of black and white especially when the outline is all black and the rest is white. I also love the thin waist illusion that this look creates due to making the same dimensions for the top and bottom.  Also, this is another way to wear a crop top by wearing a tight top underneath the crop top. I think it's fun to mix prints and I love doing it.  Today the weather was amazing. It was 65 degrees F. So it really felt like the beautiful spring weather. So I wore this striped black and white skirt and I paired it with a polka dot shirt. I completed the look with a black classy hat and black pumps. Beauty: Natural Hair Mask For Split Ends!

Hello friends,

Today I would like to share with  you this hair mask that can be made from three natural ingredients.
Avocado, Coconut oil, and Olive oil. Avocado is full of nutrients, vitamins, essential oils and proteins. Coconut oil prevents the damage of hair by decreasing the protein loss and it penetrates the hair shaft, leaving it soft and increasing its elasticity. Olive oil will coat the shaft of the hair to keep it healthy and protected.
Hair split ends happen due to many factors such as chemical treatments or products with alcohol, the use of hot styling tools, climate/environment, lack of maintenance, over washing, chlorine water, uv rays, and many more. Once you get a split end, it's hard to repair it. So the only way to get rid of it is to trim the hair 1/4 of an inch or so every 8 weeks. Now to prevent your hair from getting split ends, you need to avoid the causes I mentioned above and the hair needs to be conditioned regularly to stay healthy, shiny, and soft. This mask will definitely do that.
Mash up one ripe avocado then add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and olive oil. Mix the mixture well together. Apply to hair away from the roots. Leave it in for about 30 minutes or so. Then shampoo and condition as usual. You will notice the results after using it the first time. Your hair will look much healthier and shinier. I hope you enjoyed this beauty post.
