Whiten your teeth using baking soda
Hello everyone,
In today's post, I would like to share with you how to whiten your teeth naturally using baking soda.
Other methods such as whitening kits and dentists' methods can be really abrasive to the teeth and costly as well. Baking soda has so many uses and one of them is whitening teeth.
To use this method: add 1/2 tea spoon of baking soda to a small plate/cup, then add a 1/2 teaspoon of water to the cup. Mix well to form a paste. Dip your wet tooth brush into the paste and brush your teeth for two minutes as you normally would with tooth paste. Make sure to brush up and down not sideways to prevent destructive brushing. Then rinse thoroughly. Repeat this process every other day for two weeks. You will see a noticeable difference. Your teeth will become vivid white. Then after two weeks cut down this process into once or twice a week. Regular use of baking soda can be abrasive as well and will cause enamel loss. However, using baking soda is the least abrasive comparing to other methods.
I hope you enjoyed this post! Let me know what you think! Have A Sweet Day!
Thanks for the tip :)

I use this technique. It actually does work and it very cost friendly. The only part that scares me is the fact that I might use this treatment too frequently and damage my enamel. Something that if once it's gone, it doesn't come back. I would say though, if you're trying this treatment for the first time you really should be patient. It takes a few tries for visible whiteness. At least in my case.

Great tip! I've tried a few kits, one of them by White Glo and it doesn't really work, also you're right, dentist is SOO expensive and there are lots of cons.
