This week's Pick is from the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2013 Couture collection. I like this dress because of its fall dark colors and the intricate design. Big animal prints are in this Fall season. This dress's design combined artfully different layers of animal print fabric, leather, and lace.      Designer Dress

Today's pick is this valentino dress from the Autumn/Winter 2013 Couture Collection. I love the colors and the detailing of this dress. The detailing of this dress is amazing, it's made of golden brown flowers/leafs crochet that's covering the outer layer of the dress. It gives the feel of a vintage baroque style. I love how artistic it is as well! It has three vertical printed animals images and a branch of a tree image at the end of it. The fit is perfect. It looks like a princess warrior dress to me! I love it! what do you think?

1. Rose Pink 

 Pink is in trend for this Autumn/Winter 2013. It was featured in many fashion shows. It actually gives a warm feeling to a cool/cold season.  You can invest in a top, a dress or a coat pink this fall. Or if you already have it, just pair it with black accessories, and you will be rocking this new trend.

 

2.  Monochromatic White: 

White on white can be dramatic but not this fall/winter season. It gives the feel of a white snowy winter.  It was also featured on the runway by many designers. You can wear a white dress and a coat, or just white pants, shirt, and a coat. Don't forget the white accessories. This look is not too hard to find in your closet already if you have the essentials.

    

 

3. Monochromatic Black: 

 

Black on Black was seen all over the runway this fall/winter 2013. Dark clothes usually are the winter color. There were many looks of black this season and it ranged from edgy to classic. So you can pull off this look with what you already have and create the look you like.

Floral Prints is also in trend this winter. However, it's different from the summer floral prints in terms of color. It's more on the darker shades of colors. It was also featured on the runway by many designers. You can invest in a winter floral skirt or  dress this season to rock this trend. 

5. Classical Print:

Classical prints are coming back this season after a few seasons of digital prints. The classical prints include the wild animals prints (leopard), the pinstripes, and definitely the hounds tooth print. The hounds tooth print was everywhere for the autumn/winter 2013 season.You can invest in any of these prints, or just wear whatever you already own of these prints to rock this trend.

Chanel Floral Print

 

 

This week's pick is this lovely printed look. I picked it from the Chanel Spring/Summer 2013 couture collection.  wide printed comfortable pants with a matching printed top. I love the design of this ensemble. The combination of these two colors is amazing. The super elegant white and beautiful navy color mesh well together. The top's design is very symmetrical on both right and left side and the beautiful white color is in between. I love this outfit and I think I would wear it out to a special dinner or occasion. This week's pick is this beautiful dress by Elie Saab from the Spring/Summer 2013 collection. I love the color, the flower lace details, the sheer factor of this dress. I also like the style of it. I like the 3/4 sleeve, the fitted waist, and the length of it. It's just a perfect dress.  It definitely screams spring and summer. In real life I would wear this dress to a special occasion. My pick for this week is this beautiful Dior Dress from the Spring/Summer 2013 Collection. I like this dress because of the vibrant colorful flowers without it being overwhelming. It really reflects the spring and summer feel to it. It looks like a pretty colorful painting on a white canvas. This dress is very beautiful and elegant. It deserves a really special occasion to be worn.

Designer Dress

My today's designer pick is a beautiful lace dress. I love designer clothes but I can't afford to buy many of them yet. I just admire their beauty. Designers consider their collections as a moving art and I appreciate all forms of art. I love this dress for its complexity of the lace design and I admire the simplicity of its form design at the same time. This dress was from the Valentino Spring/Summer 2013 ready to wear collection. In real life, I would wear this dress to a formal ball event or a fancy dinner.
